Waldorf Main Lesson Teacher - Full Time

Waldorf Academy is seeking an inspiring and dedicated Lower Elementary Main Lesson Teacher to join our vibrant community. Grade 3 is a pivotal year for students, focusing on themes of self-awareness, independence, and practical skills. As the Main Lesson Teacher, you will guide students through this transformative year with engaging and meaningful lessons that integrate academic, artistic, and experiential learning. Kindergarten Assistant -

Waldorf Academy seeks a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Kindergarten Assistant to join our vibrant Early Childhood faculty. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in nurturing
a calm, rhythmical environment grounded in Waldorf principles and contribute to a strong

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (required). Waldorf Teacher Training Certification or significant progress toward certification (preferred). Bachelor of Education member of the OCT (preferred).
• Experience: Previous experience teaching in a Waldorf school or familiarity with Waldorf education. Experience teaching elementary-aged children is highly desirable.
Skills and Attributes:
• Strong understanding of child development, particularly the nine-year change.
• Ability to engage students through storytelling, artistic expression, and experiential learning.
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
• Clear and compassionate communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment.
