It’s a great life when you get to follow your passions and here I am surrounded by the laughter of children, the warmth of my colleagues and the opportunity to use my love for music to inspire those around me.

A Waldorf Academy graduate, Charlotte Black is a RECE, and has completed the Waldorf Foundations program and the Birth to Three Training at the Rudolf Steiner Centre. Charlotte has been employed at the Childcare Centre as a supply teacher, volunteer, and support staff since 2011. She has held the role of Lead Teacher in our Sky Garden Preschool classroom since 2018, where she joyfully receives families and supports children’s learning through the thoughtful and beautiful environment she creates. Charlotte loves to sing and share her fondness of music with the children. Charlotte is passionate about child development, which shows in her work as an educator
