  • August & September: “Where are the families of diversity?” Action Research Presentations to Board and Parents x 
  • Teacher Training Summer Workshops on DEI
  • September to October: faculty collaborate to craft DEI statement
  • October: Professional Development “What is a narrative? Reimagining Diversity in Waldorf Schools through Storytelling” with Khadeeja Abdul-Jabbar 
  • Faculty Presentation: Looking at the Intersection of Anthroposophy and Social Justice with Robert McKay 
  • October 28, 2020. DEI temporary position completed  and approved by the board of directors. Read on the website
  • Regular participation in AWSNA ( Association of Waldorf Schools of North America) DEI webinars and workshops, including various affinity groups
  • November 2020: Rudolf Steiner Centre Toronto DEI conference, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Waldorf School with keynote speaker Dr. Joaquin Munoz- faculty members attended the fall conference
