Applications for 2011/12 School Year: If you are interested in applying to our school for next years 2012 kindergarten program and the grade school please be advised that applications are being accepted in December. There is a process that requires an interview and a class visit. Re-enrollment contracts are sent out the end of January and are due back mid-February. To avoid a waiting list for Grade 1 we advise that you plan appropriately based on these dates.

Winter Fair
Saturday, December 03, 10am-4pm: Experience our community at the annual Winter Fair. Children will delight in the activities and parents will love the warmth and imagination of the event.

Open House

Where: Waldorf Academy- the Childcare Centre and the Main Campus
No registration required
ECE faculty, Lower and Middle School teachers, parents, students and alumni on hand to share their teaching methods, experiences and transition to high school and university

Attend a Tour
We offer two separate tour events:  Childcare Tours (Toddler & Preschool programs) and School Tours (Nursery – Gr. 8). Childcare Tours are available by appointment and we encourage you to bring your child. Please call 416-962-6447 ext 248 to book.

School Tours provide an overview of the curriculum from Nursery to Grade 8.  Starting at 9:15 am and running for one hour, you will have a chance to enter classrooms and see the Waldorf approach in action. Please arrange childcare for young children as it is an adult-oriented event.

Call the Enrollment Office at 416-962-6447 ext 225 or email to register.  Space is limited; please specify how many adults will be attending.  School Tours do not take place during the first or final two weeks of the year.

Open House and Events
The Open House takes place outside of school hours. You and your family are warmly invited to see our school and view classrooms with student work on display. Teachers, staff and parents, as well as some students, will be available for conversation and our community reps will share our lifestyle philosophy with you.  Please join us.
